Paying your Deposit:-	Deposits can be paid: by cheque [ payable to 'Over the Rainbow Wales') by bank transfer / IBAN transfer (email for details) by telephone with your debit card details (evenings or weekends).

Bookings:

• We accept provisional bookings by via our website, email, telephone, or post.

• To secure a room booking, we need a deposit to cover the first night’s accommodation. This deposit is payable within seven days of the provisional booking. The balance of the final cost must be paid the night before departure.

• To secure group bookings or venue hire, we need a deposit of £300 for exclusive use of the house, or 50% of the total cost if hiring the Ballroom only. This deposit is payable within seven days of the provisional booking, and is not refundable.

• Fuji  and Parvati rooms are subject to a minimum 2 night booking during the following periods: Bank Holiday weekends, July, August, Christmas/New Year holiday.

• Once the booking is confirmed, a contract exists between you and the proprietor.

• All cheques are to be made payable to ‘Over the Rainbow Wales’ and must be supported by a cheque guarantee card number.

Cancellations:

• Room Booking Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the date you are due to arrive, any refunds will be made less 5% administrative charges.

• Group Booking/Venue Hire Cancellations must be made at least fourteen prior to the date you are due to arrive, any monies paid [except the initial £300/50% deposit] will be refunded less 5% admin charges.

• Cancellations are accepted by email, telephone or post.

• If cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival date, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the accommodation booked, unless we are able to re-let the room/s.

Conditions:

• It is illegal to smoke inside the building.

• Bearing in mind we have cats, well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement, are not to be allowed on the furniture, nor in the dining room. Any damage caused, or extra cleaning needed, will be charged to the pet’s owner.

• Vehicles and contents are parked at the owner’s risk and no responsibility will be accepted for loss or damage.

• No responsibility will be accepted for any property lost, stolen or damaged.

• We will try to be as flexible in accommodating your needs and will respond positively to any reasonable request such as early or late arrival, early breakfasts, special diets, drying facilities, wifi / email access, cycle storage and so on. There will be no additional charge for such services. We cannot however guarantee to provide these services, and no compensation will be due if we are unable to provide them.

• Over the Rainbow Wales is a vegetarian guest house.
